We went to a bonfire and Trail of Treats with our church friends this weekend. Of course...Anna Beth dressed up as Minnie Mouse. SHe is all about Mickey Mouse and his friends. She was adorable as were all the kids. They had a blast!
This is my favorite time of year! I love the leaves changing, the weather cooling off, Halloween, my birthday, the anticipation of the holidays approaching. All of this is just wonderful, but it makes for some busy times! We fell like we haven't had a moment to breathe! However, we did take a nice day to visit the pumpkin patch recently. It was such a beautiful day. We went with our cousins Chris, Danielle, and Ally-Grace. Here are the pics!
Well....Saturdays around here always involve some maroon colors! Daddy doesn't always get to watch the game LIVE but thanks to DVR he eventually gets to see it. As much as he loves the game......he doesn't take away from fun days with the kids! Thanks Daddy!! We show our appreciation by wearing those A & M colors for you! Gig Em'!
We finally got a snap shot of the kids with Uncle Bubba and Candice. Anna Beth and Tyler were not in the best of moods!! But here they are. And for those of you that did not already know....my brother had a bad accident with a softball to the face and faced some major surgery. This is him just a week and half post op.....doesn't he look great?? :)
Well.....we are having some big things happening around our house these days. We have recently started potty training with Anna Beth. She is doing pretty good I think. She loves anything about Mickey Mouse and his friends and M and M's, so everytime she goes potty correctly she gets.....Mickey stickers for her chart and M and M's. Pray for success!! I need all the prayers I can get. This is not easy :)
We started cereal with Tyler the other day. He didn't really care that much for it, so I will try again in a few weeks. But the pictures are cute, so enjoy.
We went to Alabama few weeks ago to see Shaun's dad in a concert. He was a member of a band called the Sundown Brothers for many years when Shaun was young. They had a reunion concert in Birmingham. It was fabulous. There were probably about 200 friends, family, and followers there. It was a great turnout. We made a shirt for Anna Beth to wear as you can see below. She loved seeing Grandad up on stage. She danced and ran around everywhere....front and center!! :)
We got to see some of our dear friends, Nathan and Lauren. I hated that I did not get a picture of their sweet girls. They were all too busy playing to catch them long enough for a picture. Nate carried Tyler around like this forever. It was so cute!
We were married in May of 2000. Our sweet family has since grown to four with the additions of our adorable Anna Elizabeth and Tyler Warren. This blog is to share all of our wonderful memories with each person that visits. God is the center of our life, and we pray that his blessings will continue to shine on us as we walk daily with Him.
